FAQ

Questions, answered.

Where are you?
Mezzanine floor, 309 George St, Sydney, right next to Wynyard Station. It's a 4-minute walk from Martin Place and 7 from Barangaroo.
What are your hours?
Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 7pm.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through this website or call 0485 034 990. I'll help you find the best time to start.
What happens at my first visit?
45 minutes. We go through your history, assessment, diagnosis and your first treatment. Then I explain the plan: what it involves, how long it takes and what it costs.
What conditions do you see?
Mostly neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, posture concerns, pinched nerves and whiplash. If yours isn't on the list, call and ask.
Do you treat headaches?
Yes. Many headaches start in the neck, especially in people who sit at a desk all day. Your assessment will show whether your neck is contributing.
How do I know if I need a spinal adjustment or muscle release?
Both can help with pain and movement. Adjustments focus on how your joints and spine move. Muscle release targets tight muscles and soft tissue. Most people benefit from both, which is why Relief combines them. I'll recommend the right approach after your assessment.
Is chiropractic safe?
Every treatment starts with a full history and assessment. If something needs further investigation, such as an X-ray or a GP review, I'll refer you before treating.
Do adjustments hurt?
Most people find them comfortable. You may hear a pop, which is gas releasing from the joint. If you'd rather not be adjusted, we use other hands-on techniques.
Can chiropractic help my posture?
Yes. Poor posture from work, sitting, technology use or lifestyle habits can put stress on your spine and the muscles around it. Chiropractic care, combined with lifestyle advice and strengthening, can help improve your posture and boost your confidence in how you look.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, lifestyle and goals. Some people want relief and are done in a few visits. Others choose ongoing care to build strength and keep the problem from coming back.
What happens once I'm feeling better?
That's up to you. Some people stop. Others book a Tune-Up or Relief session every few weeks to stay on top of it.
How old do I need to be?
There's no age limit. I've treated people from 6 months to 89 years old, and treatment is always tailored to the person's capacity and needs.
Can I claim through my health fund?
Yes. If your extras cover includes chiropractic, you can claim. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover.
Do you accept CTP claims?
Yes. I accept NSW CTP claims for people injured in car accidents.
